May Fitness Challenge!!

The May fitness challenge starts today!  Whoever completes the most workouts in the month of May receives $150.  Second place receives $75.  Third place receives $25.  Each day there is a new workout in the binder in the fitness room.  Each workout has 10 exercises and 5 stretches.  Perform each exercise for 1 minute with 30 seconds rest.  Every day their is one challenge exercise.  Count the number of reps for the challenge exercise.  Post this number on the white board.  Text me a picture of the white board at 314-660-4820.  You can only complete one workout per day.  Good luck!
